    Allison’s biggest passions in life are meeting people and creating a positive impact in their lives. She also loves business - making connections and closing deals. That is why she became a real estate agent and why she loves this line of work so much. She loves meeting people from different walks of life that she wouldn’t otherwise get to meet, and helping them find their perfect home.

    Prior to real estate, Allison worked for 10 years as a digital marketer, representing some of the top brands in the world including Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, and Ticketmaster.

    With her years of experience, Allison is proficient in knowing how to showcase a product in its best light and making sure that product reaches the greatest volume of customers.

    From a young age, Ariel has always admired the character and uniqueness of homes - from brick houses on a tree lined street to rustic cabins in the woods to charming cottages beachside - each tells their own story.

    Ariel started her real estate career in 2008 after graduating with a Marketing and Management degree from Limestone College in South Carolina where she attended on a basketball scholarship. Her most recent achievement has been starting a business remodeling homes with a small team of female investors.

    Ariel has a strong passion for helping her clients succeed in the real estate world, whether it be buying, selling, remodeling and/or investing.

When it comes to selling your home, Allison’s experience in marketing has taught her how to guarantee that your home will reach the widest possible audience through video, photography and social media. Her passion and experience with design will ensure that your home is staged and presented in a way that will outshine the competition.

Ariel has extensive experience in flipping homes and owns multiple properties. She can help guide you through what upgrades you may want to make when listing your home, and what cosmetic changes might help list at a higher price point or make your home show well enough to spark a bidding war.

Relocation

We also love helping people who are relocating to Seattle and the surrounding area. Allison has lived in Seattle for over 10 years and am originally from Eastern Washington, so she has extensive knowledge of Seattle, Washington State, and what neighborhoods or cities might be perfect for your specific needs and lifestyle.

Giving back

Ariel and Allison are passionate about giving back to the community, and love to support local nonprofits dealing with issues such as domestic violence awareness. They want to use their careers and success in a way that helps create positive change around these issues.
